Transition Phases

We have divided our services into three phases which provide you with the options and choices you need:

Phase I

We analyze the practice, perform a baseline valuation and provide recommendations to maximize your practice profits, both while practicing and after the sale. Our goal is for you to work smarter not harder!

Phase II

This is the implementation process. You can choose to implement some or all of the changes we recommend, using your internal team or engaging us to assist you with the process.   The implementation phase is crucial for you to meet your goals and objectives.

Phase III

Brokering your practice! We will market your practice using multiple methods to quickly identify a buyer and maximize your profits.

After the sale, we will also provide the buyer with a few days of business coaching as they start their new venture.
